Our shipping is free for orders over 49€ including our discount codes, for lower orders the cost is 6.90€.

Product Returns

To make a return you must send the parcel to our logistics centre :

Please note the following information in the return:

– Name
– Address
– Order number (…)
– Reason for return

You will receive an email from us after the processing of your return, which generally takes 6/7 working days from receipt of the parcel, the tracking of your return will not be guaranteed by Venere Luxury but by the courier with which it was sent.

Unfortunately, Venere Luxury cannot currently offer to cover the cost of your refund, the cost of the return will be borne by the customer.
