Right of Guarantee

Venere Luxury offers a 24-month warranty period in which we will take care of the product sold, the warranty will apply only and exclusively to problems with the metal or our production.

What does the warranty not cover?

1. Not caring for jewellery ( dirt )
2. Natural products that deviate from the product images due to their natural shape
3. Water damage
4. Repair or modification defects by third parties
5. Defects or damage caused by negligence (shocks, falls, scratches).
